The Arts Council of Häme promotes the arts and culture in Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme. We carry out cooperation with cultural actors and artists regionally, nationally and internationally.

As part of the national arts administration, we support the position and working conditions of artists by means of grants and subsidies, as well as through projects initiated by our provincial artists. We work to strengthen the dialogue between the arts and cooperation among actors in the fields of the arts and culture. Our artist residences are situated in Berlin and Edinburgh.
